African americans have not only struggled economically and with their level of education, but have also been discriminated against taking part in politics, and this issue has been touched upon by many observers. African americans have been able to give few speech and words into politics. They are marginalized and not given equal opportunities. Many people have realized that a change should be made toward this attitude and new action should be taken in order to bring a better future and more equality between whites and african americans. The police force is one area where a change can be made. Most police officers seen today are mainly white. The undiversified force is a major issue that has been springing up in different situations. If the police force were to create diversified team, racial profiling and discrimination on the road can be given a positive change. In sacramento, only 3 percent of police officers are african.
