Educating/empowering women: changing and challenges the underlying logic of male controlled power. May take a while, but result in better community health. In anthropology, cultural relativism does not preclude making a moral judg3ement or taking action: though this is not always supported. Human rights: invoke a realm of justice and morality that is beyond and superior to the law and customs of a particular countries. Cultural rights: vested not in individuals, but in groups, such as religious and ethnic minorities, and indigenous societies.
