I"ll work my way around the edges of africa. The west side of africa is the atlantic, and the east side is the indian ocean. Up in the north is the mediterranean sea; we often use it to divide africa from europe. It the closest to spain is morocco; sea levels are lower. There is no permanent barrier that is connected to africa. The mediterranean drains into the atlantic, and because of the economic power of europe, it"s super important in sea trade.
