Evidence: primary sources that prove historical facts. without evidence, historical knowledge does not exist; furthermore, without evidence your own arguments are empty. Anything that is a primary source was a secondary source back then. Fact: verifiable with primary source material and an unbiased source base. Opinion: based on fact, but can be changed due to evidence (what we think are facts are often beliefs) Belief: your world paradigm (the way you see the world), not fact. cannot be backed up with concrete opinion. Must take different perspectives into account in order to get all sides of the story and to properly analyze given information. National study conducted and published in 2015 (still ongoing, more cases are going on) Study examined 12 states and each states were matched with 3 lawyers.
