Document Summary

We often make mountains out of molehills we need to make molehills out of mountains. Choosing not to resolve it is not. Many people chose to go along to get along . Many people just keep quiet and try not to think about it: in hopes it will go away. Unsolved conflict over time can have a negative impact on health: example: unresolved stress. Conflict is what makes us joyful because we are so very different but since we are different that"s why they arise. Don"t just hear words find the meaning behind the words: first, check your body language. Use nods and facial expression to show how you understand. Focus on feelings: ask questions, provide an opportunity for the speaker to vent and release feelings. Keep the focus n the other person; don"t tell stories about yourself. Brainstorm with the other person; don"t give advice. Try to see the other person"s point of view.
