The only capital you have is your brain. Have to have a focus and passion to succeed. You need to love what you do and make it yours. Predictions for golf in 10 years to get millennials into it. Current lag in golf industry not many young people between (18-23) Manipulate how to get people to play game in less time to compensate lifestyle. People aren"t motivated to spend all this money for it. Golf is a place where business is done. Game is not getting easier with technology advancement. Make people enjoy it not feel penalized. World we live in does not follow those guidelines. Has to be flexibility or at least feel like it. You only see the nicest of the nice at tournaments. Game is based on tradition but there should be places to not have it that way. Professional environment golf too much or not enough. Skills for students that are transferable amongst those traditions.
