Like a jump scare, that doesn"t go away it is like a heart attack. Psychosomatic - a severe mental disorder in which thought and emotions are so impaired that contact is lost with external reality. Almost as if you shock something so much and it turns out to not be the same in the end. The depressed person might not realize it because they have removed themselves from the work, or social risks, which minimize their stress, it can mask the depression. People oftentimes don"t want to get out depression because of the perpetuating situation- you condemn yourself quite often. For example; i am stressed, i am unhappy with my work, i am going to quite. Manic episodes- so happy but they can be reckless.
