All clients tend to feel, at some time . Unworthy of someone"s time and effort / my issues are silly, insignificant. Clients may feel shame or guilt because they could feel as though their problems are not worthy of a therapist"s help, compared to the problems that other people have. Expecting to experience big changes right away. If someone really knew all of me, would they/ could they really love me . My anxiety/pain feel inconsolable, how can it stop/change? . My situation feels unsolvable, how can i change my circumstances? . Why am i the one who has to change/ come to terms? . Why can"t i avoid this thing altogether, instead of going through it? . What quick answer can this counselor give me? . People have a tendency to experience ambiguity. People who often encounter a circumstance ex. a breakup, self assessment of themselves. The feeling of disruption and discomfort causes people to cut themselves.
