Abilities to execute certain decisions are affected by are general levels of health. Influence how you make decisions; how you talk about them. If you lack positive communication skills, those that will allow you to be effective, respectful to someone, will have different result/outcome who lack communication skills (yell, aversive strategies whine, cry, yell ) Decisions are never as simple as they appear.
