When grouped, worksheets set up in similar ways will edit information in every grouped worksheet: adjacent grouping, shift then click first and last worksheet to group, non-adjacent grouping, control (or command) then click the desired worksheets. Once a worksheet is grouped, you will be able to see this because they are highlighted. Everything you change on one grouped worksheet will change it on every other grouped worksheet. If you need to work in only one worksheet, you need to ungroup the worksheets. Must use the exact colons, periods, exclamation points in the correct ways and areas. Highlight where you want your averages, click the drop down arrow under autosum, click averages. Right click anywhere on one of the grouped worksheet names and choose ungroup Changing numbers in a worksheet that affect other numbers will benefit from 3d references so that they will automatically change when numbers are edited.
