The letter keys are in the center of the keyboard. The number keys are at the top of the keyboard and also to the right side. The keys that surround these keys help you choose how you type. Caps lock which makes all the lowercase letters into uppercase ones. The enter key, also known the return key, creates a new line in a document. The symbols keypad to the right of the letters contain symbols like the backslash and question mark. When you open a document or click inside a textbox, you will see a flashing cursor. This flashing cursor tells you where you are going to start typing from. Press the number keys for numbers and the symbol keys for symbols.
