Deep emotional changes in mood (frantically distraught to over-the-moon manic) Key q: do you ever sometimes not feel like yourself or not know who you are? . Need to be close with people, but any disturbance in perception of the relationship causes person to quickly and volatilely end relationship. Often manifests in self harm or self-destructive behaviors. Effects 1-2% of population, more common in women: antisocial personality disorder: Demonstrates chronic pattern of impulsive and irresponsible behavior.
