For our service blueprint, we chose to create a blueprint for henry"s bridal in bangor, where their selection of attire ranges from bridal gowns, to prom dresses, to flower girl dresses, and even tuxedos. We chose this service for a couple of reasons, one being that a group member, Chevaughn, works there, making it easy for us to get an inside scoop on the backstage procedures and also allows access to accurate information. The blueprint will walk through a typical saturday appointment with a bride, caucasian, aged in her twenties, looking for her wedding dress. We chose to simplify the service blueprint in this way because there are an infinite amount of possibilities for the service depending on skin tone, age, and whether she is a bride, prom dress shopper, bridesmaids, or the groom.
