African women with college degrees have higher infant mortality rate than white women who drop out of college. During anti-poverty time 1960"s, social policies, health of african american increased. 1980"s cut back again= infant deaths increased again. Black male with clean record was less likey to be offered a job than a white male without a clean record male without a clean record. Just thinking of your own race is an added stress.
