Best way to present the methods: do a flow chart. Sequence should result tree which reflects animal phylogeny. Good presentation must have a good purpose and conclusion. Need to conclude the question through answer it. Not judging how good you are in the lab. Everyone will ask questions: things you should know to things you might not know. Work as group and get a group grade. Current experiment: ligate pcr insert to vector and transform bacteria into vector. Ta cloning: when you do a pcr there is an overhang. A is placed at 3" end so what would happen if we put a t there. The a and t would be able to stick together.
