Nonverbal - expression, posture, tone, hand movement, etc. Intentional verbal: conscious attempts to make communication with others through speech. Intentional nonverbal: msges we want to transmit. Unintentional verbal: things we say without meaning to. Medium through which a message is sent. When you lose a channel, get angry. Face to face communication is a multichannel experience (hearing, sight, touch, etc. ) Web is best suited for quick info retrieval. Easy for info search, not for comprehension.
