We have some sorts of notion how we want our lives to go. We"re thinking about it, making plans, being reflective and taking steps in order to live the life we want to live. Get an idea and make sense of it. The actions we perform end up being the lives we end up living aristotle. Actions are intentional mean to do them. The things we do by accident or our reflexes aren"t actions we perform. Actions have to be goal directed purpose, reason. When people do stuff that"s bad for them = think it"s good but they"re wrong. Means we take to some further end. Valuable for what they can do or cause. Have a value in themselves independent of what they do.
