A cultural assumption that people know how to define man and woman: observe the differences of behavior, clothing, manners, etc. Have to pick one or the other; those who don"t identify with either become an outlaw. Don"t have to cross gender-binary; can be both. All have choice to pick one or the other; if don"t adhere to structure, then doing something wrong.
