Machine is invented that can detect whoever is about to be caught for a crime, social security number shows up. Is made up of a bunch of cell phone imaging chips. Government wants to watch us, but we"re only allowed to know only so much. Big brother = government, all in the name of public safety but was actually for government control. Human beings evolve to a higher level of performance by making mistakes. Some of these mistakes might be borderline anti-society.
