Leave audience with the right emotion you wanted them to feel. Goals are the same as informative speeches. Signpost is needed when leaving body to move to conclusion. Clincher is needed - something strong to wrap everything up. Prove that there is a serious problem. Present a plan to solve the problem - a solution. Specify actions that the audience can take. Compare your proposed solution to someone else"s. Satisfy need with a plan of action. Description of product and planned presentation (3-5 sentences)
