Disorders are predominantly centered in tropical regions, indonesia, africa, etc. All inherited genetic variations are most common in the same geographical areas where malaria is prevalent: offer some form of protection against malaria protozoan (definitely true of individuals who are heterozygous for sickle cell) Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis x3 3 shots, good for 10 years.
