Benefits: cleaner buring fuel (maybe, jobs, energy security- domestically produced. Fertilizer and machinery allowed for mass aggricutre. We move more land and roock than erosion/natural processes. Changed through time: values, priorities etc. change. The material world which may or may not include humans. Inherent force that directs humans/the world natural disaster. Nature: a social creation as much as it is the physical universe that includes human beings. Society: the sum of all inventions, institutions and relationships, created and reproduced by human beings across particular places and times.
