A moderate amount of extraversion might be best for sales jobs; conscientiousness is more important. High conscientiousness & low neuroticism predict higher pay. Agreeable people make less money, especially true for men. Types of leadership: emergent leadership > ability to become a leader in an organization. Average us president is low in openness & agreeableness, high in conscientiousness & extraversion, some neuroticism. Presidents who were high in openness were better leaders.
