Achieved through multiple exposure-mistake made and they could then be made on purpose. Life is too much fun to leave behind, and entrance into heaven must be earned. Their family members love them too much, so they are called back as a ghost. They will not part with a living person because they need to assist them in doing something. The deceased must right a wrong pertaining to themselves. The dead have unfinished business on earth.
