Jesus are always a god, and never a man. Montanism : known by its adherents as the new prophecy, was an early christian movement of the late 2nd century (asian minor 2nd century), later referred to by the name of its founder. All gnostics have received divine revelation (they are personal and not universal) from above. The are not all going to believe the same things. Material world is evil, and bad (god of the earth was bad. )
