A way to change verbs into adjectives. Roto, escrito, vuelto, visto, muerto, abierto, cubierto, puesto, hecho, dicho. Estar indicates an action that was realized previously as opposed to ser, indicating resulting actions. Acci n pasiva: the house was burned (on november 12) la casa fue quemada. Acci n resultante: (when i saw it) the house was burned la casa esta quemada. The participle does not change for concordancia: everything is for example terminado para la, o, las, o los. Haber and participio must always be together. It is very important to distinguish the direct object from the indirect object. Remember the difference uses of the passive voice: ser vs estar. Use the auxiliary verb, haber, with the participle that is an adjective. Lo he estudiado en mi clase de espa ol. You can modify it to match the gender. It is always masculine and singular - does not change.
