Talks a lot about the unpaid work of women. People who stay home are not part of the labor force. Women are usually doing work that could be paid like cleaning and childcare and management. Should we change the structures that favor men, or focus on ways that individual women can assimilate and succeed in a man"s world . Women can act more manly to succeed. This tends to make people that women caused and should/can fix the problems themselves. Having work reviewed without know who did it. The gender wars of household chores : a feminist comic (emma) Women tend to be expected to take on more of a mental load . Even when men objectively contribute 50/50, it"s often under the circumstances of the woman delegating tasks and still being responsible for knowing what needs to be done.
