Self-efficacy - belief in one"s ability to complete a task/goal successfully. Enactive attainments - evaluating abilities based on past experiences. Verbal persuasion - being encouraged by significant others to accomplish a task. Physical state - judge self on ability to perform a task well. Self-fulfilling prophecy - limiting one"s ability due to fear of failure. Illusion of incompetence - individual who performs well on tasks but expects to perform below expectations.
