February 12, 2016: in this article, the authors formed embryoid bodies under different conditions. The niche of the implanted embyo is the uterus along with the secretion from the epithelial glands, which altogether include nutriets like iron and fat soluble vitamins in addition to cholesterol and steroids. The niche of an adherent culture is the inner side of a petri dish made of treated polysterene plastic and can be pre-coated with extracellular matrix proteins, in a medium containing y-27632. For h9: pluripotent cells of the inner cell mass were separated from the trophectoderm by immunosurgery. These cells were then plated in culture dishes with growth medium. After approximately 2 weeks, after the cells had divided and formed clumps, some cells were dissociated and replated; colonies of homogenous cells were also replated thus creating a cell line.
