Sydney beverage company came in and started bottling. They voted unanimously to just utterly ban. The businesses were a little worried, agreed to sell reusable water bottles at the same price as plastics. Weirdly utopian, how did this really happen. No evidence that people have shifted to sugary bottled drinks. Main impact is probably via word spreading. They just banned bottled water on city property, which means it will be gradually. At&t park has a contract till 2050, so it won"t change till then.
