Freelance dancer- a dancer who is usually specialized in a specific dance technique and is an independent contractor who is commissioned to preformed with a company, in a festival, etc. Dance artist- a dancer who performs, choreographs, and teaches (multiple artist) Dance scholar- a person who studies and writes essays about the philosophies and theories that surround dance education and/or dance performance. Audience- the assembled spectators or listeners at a public event, such as a play, movie, concert, dance concert, or meeting.
