A workable railroad system that did not work all the time. The actions did not matter sure they freed some slavery but it was a small percentage that were actually free. The south become enraged by the north going against slavery and taking action. He created the liberator that represented the bad and the ugly of slavery. The south becomes paranoid and defensive to the north that their rights are being overruled.
