In the epididymis, the sperm are stored but they do not swim: sugar (fructose) is needed in order for them to swim, semen and urine exit through the urethra, during orgasm, a valve closes off the bladder, only allowing sperm and semen to exit, precum: fluid secreted by bulbourethral glands (cowper"s glands) before orgasm to help neutralize the acidity of the vagina, can contain sperm and can impregnate the woman. Difficulty urinating as well: can occur from infection through vaginal or anal sex, prostatitus: inflection of the prostate causing slight enlargement, burning and, benign prostatic hypertrophy: enlarged prostate, pressing against urethra, prostates naturally enlarge when men turn 40, prostate specific antigen (psa): blood test for prostate disorders, can, malignant cells: when cells divide rapidly and split off into other places, prostate cancer/other disorders are easily treated when caught in early stages, certain medications can decrease risk of prostate cancer sometimes give false positives and negatives.
