During their stage of growth if they tend to focus solely on diversification then they will lose their organizational objective strength. This is the main reason why most business fail to reach their target. Sometimes, departments excel in their individual line but together as a whole it is a failure. Project usually succeed when various resources are involved in a much complex process. Within a project, it is necessary that people should be assigned to a task in which they perform their best and should not be assigned to a task that they are forced to do. It is not necessary that a functional manager can implement the objectives of the project on a larger scale. The objectives of the project are set and then the project begins after which all the processed should be studied so as fulfill short-term objectives and the business goals.
