Could be avoiding real things or avoiding the thoughts. Feelings of restlessness and agitation, anger and irritability and sleep disturbances. Dissociation disruption of normally integrated mental processes involved in memory, consciousness, identity or perception. If it occurs 1 week after an event, it is predictive for ptsd.
