This scatterplot is giving us a visual of the relationship between the price of a house in terms of the square footage. The points in blue mean that the house was foreclosed. Looking from left to right, the data set is very clustered within the first quarter of the graph. It is clear there is a positive relationship between the two variables. Most points fall within a smaller range of square footage, the points that were not foreclosed which makes sense as we interpreted the rest of the graphs for this assignment. Houses that were foreclosed do not seem to have a relationship. They are more plenty in the first quarter of the graph but then spread further throughout the graph. It is safe to say the data is positively skewed however the where the line of best fit is again, suggests a u shape.
