Important to not interfere with the satisfying relationships the client already has: there are important things that need to be present for a good plan to be present: Insight isn"t enough for change in reality therapy: the client needs insight or self-evaluation, but they also need a plan of action and commitment. Insight must be coupled with commitment and a plan: this will bring about change.
