Situational influence on behaviour - mimicry, norms, and roles. Social environment makes up a large part of the "e" in lewin"s formula. Ppl are sensitive to what is and isn"t socially acceptable. Synchrony: when two ppl engage in social interactions and the repeated interactions increases similarities b/w their speech, language, and physiological activities. Mimicry: taking on the behaviours, emotional displays, and facial expressions of others.
