Answer can help us resolve moral dilemmas and disagreements in health care. The rightness/ wrongness depends only on its consequences/ effects. Consequences of an act can be inherently right or wrong always. States which acts are right or wrong without explaining them. Behaving selfishly is morally right because it works for me. Accepted by many philosophers today and comes in many forms. The happiness of one person is not more important than the happiness of another. If given it would be morally good to donate it to charity to increase the overall happiness across many people. Something good that leads to something else that is good. Something is good in itself (doesn"t lead to other things)
