Criticism made for this judge rather than typical judge (white) Youth charged with interfering w/ arrest & attacking officer. Only 2 witnesses youth and officer. A lot of decision based on credibility of testimony given by police & youth. Comes down to judge to figure out who is telling the truth very subjective.
