Please answer these questions about Alzheimer's (someoneknowledgable or at least somewhat familar). I have done my researchand would like to see what someone else thinks or what theirresearch depicts. I'd appreciate your sources (even if yourself).I'm trying to learn about this disease in-depth and this is due asa project in my class. Thanks a lot.

1. Epidemiological data: how many people are affected (or die)from this method each year? Are some demographics more susceptiblethan others?

2. How does one die via this method? Give as much moleculardetail as you can. Which cellular functions are impacted? Whichtissues are impacted?

3. How do we know that someone died by this method? In otherwords, what are the medical tools used to diagnose the disease orthe forensic tools used to confirm the method of death?

4. What current treatments or preventions exist? How do theywork at the molecular level to alleviate symptoms or undue cellulardamage? If there are no current treatments, suggest a method thatyou think would work.

5. Historical context: How was this cause of death discovered? How was it studied previously?

6. Environmental context: What additional factors may contributeto the disease/mode of death?

7. Political context: Are there any policies that impact howthis mode of death is handled? How it is studied? How much money isgiven to study it?
