Hi, I really need up fiuring out how to do this. I'm doing a1:10 ratio dilution. I know it's regular chem. lab but I can'tremember. Equation and help please. Need by tonight.
Use 0.2 ml PCR tubes for these reactions. The thin wallfacilitates heat transfer. Be careful to not crush the tubesbetween your fingers. There is not much writing surface on thesetubes so it is best to create a log in your notebook and thennumber the tubes accordingly.
