This is in regards to the book called "Your inner Fish" writtenby Neil shubin.
Thinking of the quote" How can we visualize events that happenedmillions, and in some cases, billions of years ago? ... only asmall fraction are preserved as fossils, and that an even smallerfraction still are ever found, then any attempt to see our pastseems doomed from the start." Would you have the patience and thefortitude to plan and carry out an expedition (year after year) tosearch for fossils knowing that the above quote is true, and thatserendipity plays such a huge role in discovery?
