Allele frequency of p= 1/2 (2pq)+ p2

P= 1/2 (0.1578) + 0.8421

=0.921

Allele frequency of q = 1/2 (2pq) + q2

= 1/2 (0.1578) + 0.0

= 0.0789

Expected genotype of the population:

AA(p2)= 0.848 aa (q2)= 0.006

(2pq)Aa =0.0105
