Going by the assumption that stress eventually triggers aflight/fight response, and the subsequent realization thatflight/fight puts the body in a system of readiness to use it'savailable resources (mental, physical).
Does it make sense to think that stress physically ages aperson? I am specifically referring to characteristics identifiedwith aging such as bleached hair, telomere shortening, wrinklesaround the eyes, etc.
