what do you think can be done nutritionally to prevent chronic illnesses, such as allergies, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes type 2? And how can those, who already have the disease, be helped nutritionally -- what would you recommend to someone with arteriosclerosis, decreased bone mineral density, diabetes type 2, hypertension, obesity, etc.?
