Put the photos you took of your counted plate into a Word document and upload that file. Make sure your photo has a legend and that colonies are clearly present. If you did not have a countable plate, indicate that in the legend along with the name of whomever's plate you counted.

In your Word document under the photo, show how you calculated the density of bacteria in the soil. (you have 49 colonies been counted by a student) Your calculation should be easily followed and show a final answer in red text. Make sure it is clear what each part of your calculation is for. If you multiply two numbers, make sure you indicate why that is being done and what the two numbers are and what they represent.

If the plating didn't seem to go as well as you expected, provide a few words of reflective commentary on what might have gone wrong and how you might obviate that for the actual experiment.

Write no more than 200 words total.
