I need help with the discussion/conclusion, please.

The experiment is: Effect of an organic challenge on the efficacy of Milton fluid

Methods used

1. Label 3 universal bottles A, B and C.

2. Pour milk into universals A and B until they are 1/3 full.

3. Let stand for 5 mins.

4. Pour milk down the sink.

5. Clean universal A, but not B with detergent and bottle brush.

6. Add Milton solution to all universals (A, B and C).

7. Let stand for 15 mins.

8. Pour Milton solution down the sink.

9. Using aseptic technique, divide the nutrient broth provided between the 3 universals A, B and C.

10. Incubate overnight at 35 degrees Celsius.

Results for this experiment: After incubated overnight at 35 degrees Celsius, the results showed that bottle A and C solution was clear proving it was disinfected. In bottle B the solution has nutrient broth or (contains broth) in cloudiness, viscous form and there is no sediment.

NOTE: Need to discuss broader uses of Milton fluid in the discussion/conclusion.
