really having trouble. Please help
Match each atomic emission spectrum with its corresponding absorption spectrum. Do the dark lines in each absorption spectrum match the bright lines in the emission spectrum you assigned to it? What has to be true about the positions of the absorption and emission wavelengths? Should they differ? Notice how many absorption lines each spectrum shows. Would you expect the number of lines to increase or decrease as the number of electrons in an atom increases?
