Hi can someone explain to me why ClO2 does not have acompleteoctet. Why does it have double bonds? Why can't I use atriplebond?. I did that and the sum of the charges gave me equal to0 andI got the same result for the double bond. Am I forgettinganyrules here? Please let me know, thank you so much.
